too much god
too much god
in the air
i'm not scared
skin is red again and
peeling from your touch and
reeling from ozone but
your touch could be cancerous
thirsty lying here
i begin to crack and pus
it flows from every cut
in the air
i'm not scared
skin is red again and
peeling from your touch and
reeling from ozone but
your touch could be cancerous
thirsty lying here
i begin to crack and pus
it flows from every cut

navajo sunlight breakfast
the city reminds me this morning
of a golden egg from the gods
scrambled still awake and starving
navajo sunlight breakfast
and i'm stuffing my face
Venus and Demeter
making love in the sky
after Dionysos
helped me through the night
8 hours un-showered and mourning
of a time i have to go back
but for now i breathe flint and stone
no place is required of me
no cell no chains i am free
Venus and Demeter
making love in the sky
after Dionysos
helped me through the night
of a golden egg from the gods
scrambled still awake and starving
navajo sunlight breakfast
and i'm stuffing my face
Venus and Demeter
making love in the sky
after Dionysos
helped me through the night
8 hours un-showered and mourning
of a time i have to go back
but for now i breathe flint and stone
no place is required of me
no cell no chains i am free
Venus and Demeter
making love in the sky
after Dionysos
helped me through the night
magnificent mom
nurturing then violent
it's you in the end

this is a haiku i came up with. to me it's about nature, and supposed to mean that regardless of what we do while we're here on earth, nature was here before us and will be here after us. We may destroy the nature that allows us to live on Earth, but nature at it's most violent would destroy us all.
