should i give in,
just because it would make me feel better?
should i forge on,
though shoulders have boulders
and i could be light as a feather.

who would i be if i betrayed me?
and believed what made me feel good,
in spite of hypocrisy.

life used to seem about love,
but now it reminds me of dirt.
i used to have reasons,
but now i just have hurt.

it all seems like a game
AND I WONT PLAY.

and i want to believe that I'll see loved ones again
after we've all moved on, and are playing new hands
but i just can't believe in a concept of man
of life created free will and unmanned,
but required to stick to a master plan...
